A first interim single tier dividend of 8 sen per stock unit and a special single tier dividend of 7 sen per stock unit in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2025 were paid on 27 December 2024. 

A second interim single tier dividedn of 8 sen per stock unit and a special single tier dividend of 28 sen per stock unit in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2025 were paid on 29 August 2025.

In view of the payment of the interim and special dividends, the Directors of the Company do not recommend a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2025.
