Reference is made to the query received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 29 October 2025 pertaining to the unusual market activity of the Company on the sharp rise in price and volume of the Company’s shares (“trading activity”). Other than the Proposed Regularisation Plan that has been submitted for Bursa Securities’ approval and the proposals that have been announced to Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and after making due enquiry with all the Company’s directors, major shareholder as well as such other relevant persons:

1.      The Board is unaware of any material corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity.  However, the Company is continuously in discussion with various parties on the potential ventures and business opportunities in the ordinary course of business.  None of these preliminary discussions have resulted in any definitive agreement and neither has it been deliberated and approved by the Board that require immediate public disclosure pursuant to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“LR”).

2.      The Board is not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiary companies that may account for the trading activity.

3.      The Board is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity.

4.      The Company is in compliance with the LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the LR on immediate disclosure obligations.
