Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 October 2025 in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Originating Summons No.: WA-24NCC-615-10/2025 (“OS”).

The Company wishes to inform that the matter came up for hearing at the High Court on 29 October 2025, with the attendance of the counsels from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as Plaintiff and MAAG, CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd, KNM Group Berhad ("KNM") and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd (collectively, the “Defendants”).

At the conclusion of the hearing, the High Court directed the Defendants to file affidavits in reply but did not grant any order to prevent the Extraordinary General Meeting of KNM scheduled to be held on 30 October 2025.

Consequent to the above, the Extraordinary General Meeting will proceed as scheduled.

As indicated to the Court, the Chairman will propose to the shareholders to adjourn the meeting to 6 November 2025 at 10.30 a.m. at Mines Beach Resort, Jalan Dulang, The Mines Resort City, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan given that KNM will by then be delisted on 5 November 2025 based on the letter from Bursa dated 3 October 2025. The shareholders will decide on this motion to adjourn.
