On 28 October 2025, the Company was served with Originating Summons (“OS”) No.: WA-24NCC-615-10/2025 dated 27 October 2025 filed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”) against MAAG ("1st Defendant"), CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("2nd Defendant"), KNM Group Berhad ("3rd Defendant" or "KNM") and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd ("4th Defendant" or "KNMPS").

In the OS, Bursa is seeking, inter alia, an order to prevent the 1st and 2nd Defendants from convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of the 3rd Defendant to discuss or move the proposed special resolution concerning the Proposed Disposal by KNMPS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KNM, of 1 share in Deutsche KNM GmbH (“DKNM”), representing 100% equity interest in DKNM for a total cash consideration of EUR270.00 million, until the requirements of Bursa Main Market Listing Requirements have been complied with.

The date set for the hearing of the OS is 29 October 2025.
