Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 March 2025, 25 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 19 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 3 October 2025, 7 October 2025 and 27 October 2025 in relation to the Company’s Proposed Regularisation Plan.

The Board of Directors of KNMG refers to its announcement dated 27 October 2025, in relation to the Company’s withdrawal of its appeal against the decision of Bursa Securities.

Following the withdrawal of the appeal, the Company wishes to announce that KAF Investment Bank Berhad had on 28 October 2025 given notice of termination of its engagement as the Principal Adviser for the Proposed Regularisation Plan, effective immediately.
