GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the Company received a Notice of Nomination of Auditors dated 7 October 2025 from GLL (Malaysia) Pte. Ltd., a substantial shareholder of the Company, for the nomination of KPMG PLT as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Ernst & Young PLT at the forthcoming 101st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors (“Proposed Change of Auditors”).

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 101st AGM of the Company to be convened.
