Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 November 2024 and 22 May 2025. Unless stated otherwise, all the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of AZAM JAYA wishes to announce that during the hearing on 11 September 2025, the Court of Appeal in Civil Appeal No. S-02(NCvC)(W)-1742-09/2022 had allowed the Company's appeal and set aside the High Court's decision dated 16 August 2022 in Civil Suit No. BKI-22NCvC-2/1-2020 which dismissed the Company's claim against MBB, for amongst all others, sum totalling RM4,597,062.00 being contract proceeds for works done in respect of Pan Borneo Highway (Package 6) project. The Court of Appeal has also awarded costs of RM30,000.00, here and below. 

MBB had on 11 October 2025 filed a Motion with the Federal Court for leave to appeal against the said Court of Appeal's decision. The Motion is pending a hearing date.
