The Board of Directors of XOX Technology Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from XOX Technology Berhad to Nova Technology Services Berhad ("Proposed Change of Name"). 

The proposed name, Nova Technology Services Berhad, was reserved and approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 24 October 2025 which was valid for a period of 30 days up to 21 November 2025.

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later. A circular with details of the Proposed Change of Name will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
