We refer to the announcements made on 8 May 2025, 29 May 2025, 5 June 2025, 2 July 2025, 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 24 October 2025. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 24 October 2025.
