We refer to the previous announcement dated 21 October 2025 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement and the offer document dated 2 October 2025 in relation to the Offer.

Pursuant to the press notice dated 23 October 2025 issued by Maybank IB, on behalf of the Offeror and the Ultimate Offeror, the collective shareholding of the Offeror, the Ultimate Offeror and the PACs in the Company is 77.93% as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Time) on 23 October 2025. Accordingly, the percentage of public shareholding spread of the Company is 22.07%.

In this respect, the Company wishes to announced that it had on 24 October 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time in accordance with Paragraph 8.02(4) of the Listing Requirements to rectify the shortfall in the Public Spread Requirement.

The Company will make the requisite announcements in relation to the compliance status of the Public Spread Requirement.
