We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ALIBABA.

The ALIBABA-C49 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ALIBABA-C49 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 24 October 2025.

The ALIBABA-C49 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
