Reference is made to Turiya’s announcement on 15 August 2025 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Turiya Properties had on 23 October 2025 entered into the following documents with the Subscriber in relation to the Proposals:

  1. Variation Letter to the Subscription Agreement to vary certain terms of the Proposed Subscription; and
  2. Supplemental Letter to regulate the terms of usage of the Excess Payment, details of which are set out in Section 2.2 of Appendix I.
