Reference is made to our announcements dated 29 May 2019, 15 October 2019, 19 November 2021 and 21 December 2021 in relation to the Civil Suit taken by Mudajaya Corporation Berhad (“MCB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company against Crest Worldwide Resources Sdn  Bhd (“CWRSB”) seeking, amongst others, an order of Specific Performance against CWRSB to deliver vacant possession of  25 units of residential apartments, 5 units of commercial shops, 142 units of offices and 284 units of car parks & 99 units of motorcycle parks (herein described as “Assets” ) under the various sale and purchase agreements.

We wish to announce that the above matter was fixed for decision on determination of preliminary issues pursuant to Order 33 of the Rules of Court on 22 October 2025 before the learned High Court Judge. Accordingly, we are pleased to inform you that his Lordship had ruled in favour of  Mudajaya  in its pleadings for the specific performance of the Assets, with costs of RM100,000.00 to be paid by the CWRSB/SKN Land & Development Sdn Bhd to Mudajaya.

The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there is a material development on the matter.
