On behalf of the Board of Directors of Metro ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 October 2025 entered into a share sale agreement with Dr Tay Swi Peng @ Tee Swi Peng, for the proposed acquisition by Metro of 100,000 ordinary shares in RMC Specialist, representing 100.0% equity interest in RMC Specialist for a total purchase consideration of RM320,000.00, to be satisfied wholly via cash.
