The Board of Directors of CPE wishes to announce that the Board had recommended a Single Tier Final Dividend of 1.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be made payable on 23 December 2025 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 10 December 2025.
