The Board of Directors of Matrix Parking Solution Holdings Berhad ("Company") has approved the change in the financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 December to 31 March. The rationale for the change of FYE is to provide adequate time for the new Auditors to perform and complete the FYE audit. Following this change, the next set of audited financial statements will cover a 15-month period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2026.
