Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 28 August 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 28 August 2025.

The Board wishes to announce that the CIPAA Proceedings has concluded with adjudication decision received on 14 October 2025. The adjudication decisions are listed as below:

1. OVE has succeeded in the claim and entitled to receive the adjudicated amount of RM5,374,247.68;

2. In accordance to Section 25 (o) of CIPAA, the award of interest to the adjudicated amount based on 5% simple interest per annum from the invoices’ payment due date until the date of full payment;

3. Petrofac shall pay the Adjudicator’s fees and the AIAC’s administrative fees amounting to RM64,282.10. To the extent that OVE has paid any sum as advance security deposit to AIAC, Petrofac shall reimburse the same to OVE;

4. Petrofac shall reimburse OVE the AIAC registration fees, AIAC adjudicator appointment fees and cost related to the proceeding;

5. Petrofac shall reimburse OVE a sum of RM80,000.00 as party-to-party cost; and

6. The above payment shall be made not later than 30 calendar days from the released of this Adjudication Decision.
