The Board of Directors of MKH Berhad ("MKHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that PT. Tunas Tani Tutus ("PT Tunas") had on 20 October 2025 completed the transition from a domestic local company to a foreign-owned entity, pursuant to the letter of approval from the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia dated 20 October 2025. With the said approval, PT Tunas has become a subsidiary of MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad, which in turn is a subsidiary of MKHB.
