Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus of Farmiera Berhad dated 21 October 2025.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 21 October 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 30 October 2025. 

If there are any changes to the dates stated above, Farmiera will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
