The Board of Directors of Mestron wishes to announce that Mestron Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“MEnergy”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 9 October 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Trina Solar Energy Development Pte. Ltd. (“Trina”) to begin a possible business relationship and MEnergy shall install the photovoltaic (“PV”) modules supplied by Trina for the distribution of total volume of 50 MegaWatt (“MW”) PV modules in Malaysia market in 2026 (“Project”) in accordance with the salient terms and conditions as set out in the MOU.
