The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that T7 China Construction Third Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“T7CCTE”), a dormant subsidiary company of the Company, had on 17 October 2025 submitted an application to strike off the name of T7CCTE from the Register of Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Striking Off of T7CCTE”).

T7CCTE was incorporated in Malaysia on 12 January 2018 as a private limited company with an issued share capital of RM100,000.00 only and has been dormant since its incorporation.

The Striking Off of T7CCTE will not have any material effect on the earning, net assets and gearing of T7 Global Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of T7 Global Group and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of T7 Global, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Striking Off of T7CCTE.
