The Board of Directors of Minox ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company and M&A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities") had mutually agreed that M&A Securities will cease to act as the Company's Sponsor with effect from 17 October 2025.

For information purposes, M&A Securities had fulfilled its role as Sponsor to Minox for at least 1 full financial year following the admission of Minox to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 October 2023.

In replacement thereof, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) has been appointed as the replacement Sponsor of the Company with effect from 17 October 2025.
