We refer to the announcements made on 8 May 2025, 29 May 2025, 5 June 2025, 2 July 2025, 31 July 2025 and 4 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 17 October 2025, granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction. The sealed court order will be extracted and an office copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.
The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
