On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO:

(i) level of subscription of public balloting and placement;
(ii) basis of allotment/ allocation;
(iii) distribution for placement tranche; and
(iv) disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of the Company arising from the IPO, if any.
