The Board of Directors of Orgabio Holdings Berhad (“Orgabio” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek for the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
