Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.
The Board of Farm Price wishes to announce that the Company was informed that the Johor Bahru Sessions Court (“the Court”) had ordered that the Mareva Injunction (Ex-Parte) Order dated 24 July 2025 filed by Four Season Vege Sdn. Bhd. against Hong Yun be set aside by the Court.
In view of the above and with no further hindrance, the Proposed Acquisitions are deemed completed pursuant to the terms of the Sale of Assets and Business Agreement (“SABA”) and Sale of Assets Agreement (“SAA”).
