Kindly be advised that KPPROP’s 273,820,769 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Shares will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 21 October 2025.

Kindly also be advised that KPPROP’s 410,731,154 RCULS issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of RCULS will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the RCULS on the Main Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 21 October 2025.
