The Board of Directors of TMK (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Chlor-Al Chemical Pte Ltd (UEN: 197602462D), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“CAL”) has on 15 October 2025 entered into a Distributor Agreement with Tata Chemicals Soda Ash Partners LLC (“TATA”) (“Agreement”). Pursuant to the Agreement, TATA appoints CAL and its subsidiary, TMK – Dai Hung Chemicals Co Ltd (“Distributor”), as non-exclusive distributor of soda ash dense in bulk in Vietnam under the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
