The Company wishes to announce that:
1. By way of Notice of Discontinuance dated 9 October 2025 filed by Target 1 Sdn Bhd and Velocity Capital Sdn Bhd in OS 557 and case management heard on 13 October 2025, Target 1 Sdn Bhd and Velocity Capital Sdn Bhd had discontinued OS 557 with no order as to costs and with liberty to file afresh; and
2. By way of Notice of Discontinuance dated 9 October 2025 filed by Honsin Apparel Sdn Bhd in OS 12 and case management heard on 14 October 2025, Honsin Apparel Sdn Bhd had discontinued OS 12, with no order as to costs and with liberty to file afresh.
