On behalf of Ranhill, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that the Company wishes to undertake the following:
(i) proposed termination of the existing long term incentive plan (“Existing LTIP”) of the Company (“Proposed Termination of the Existing LTIP”); and
(ii) proposed establishment of an employees’ share option scheme (“2025 Scheme”) of up to 15% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the Company at any one time over the duration of the 2025 Scheme for the eligible employees and directors of Ranhill and/or its subsidiaries (“Proposed ESOS”).
