Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 August 2025 and 18 August 2025 on the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the following applications were heard today before the Judicial Commissioner:-

(a) the Plaintiffs' Originating Summons ("Enclosure 1");

(b) the Plaintiffs' injuction application ("Enclosure 2"); and

(c) the Defendants' application to set aside the ad interim injunction order ("Enclosure 14").

After hearing the submission from both parties, the Court has fixed the decision for the above applications on 24 October 2025.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
