Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 1 Otober 2025.   

The Board of Directors of Jati Tinggi Group Berhad (“JTGB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 13 October 2025 received the Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs TGS TW PLT via their letter dated 10 October 2025. Hence, Messrs TGS TW PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 November 2025 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
