The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The Share Buy-Back Statement containing details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be made available to the Company's shareholders in due course.
