Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 April 2025 and 11 July 2025 (“Announcements”), respectively. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that following the expiry of the MOU on 11 October 2025 and with no commercial decision from both parties to extend and proceed further, the MOU had lapsed and is deemed terminated with immediate effect. No tri-partite conditional joint development agreement has been entered into by SkyWorld Vietnam with the Depository pursuant to the MOU.
The expiry of MOU does not have any material financial impact on SkyWorld Group.
