Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 18 August 2025, 25 August 2025, 8 September 2025, 18 September 2025 and 25 September 2025 in relation to the Offer.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 October 2025 received a press notice from Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Thursday, 9 October 2025 ("Final Closing Date").
In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at the Final Closing Date is set out in the attachment.
