The Board of the Company wishes to announce that the Company's Public Security Holding Spread as at 23 September 2025 were as follows: - 

No. of public security holders: 1,036

Percentage of public security holdings: 19.54%

In this respect, AHB has not yet complied with the approved lower level of public security holding spread of 20.81% (“Approved Public Spread”).

As announced on 18 August 2025, Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2025, resolved to grant the Company a further extension of time until 12 November 2025 to comply with the Approved Public Spread.

For information purposes, the Company is currently in the final stage of negotiations with investors. The transactions with the investors are expected to be completed by end of the first week of November 2025.

The Company will continue to monitor the level of public security holding spread and make the necessary announcements as well if there is any development on the above.
