Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valhalla Capital Sdn. Bhd (“VCSB”), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 30 September 2025.  The details are set out in the attachment.

The provision of financial assistance does not have material impact on the net assets, earnings per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
