The Board of Directors of YOCB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Eighteenth (18th) Annual General Meeting of the Company:
- Proposed renewal of authority for share buy-back; and - Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for RRPT of a revenue or trading nature.
A circular to shareholders containing information on the proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of YOCB in due course.
