The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Comany proposes to seek the approval of the shareholders for  the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Purchase of Own Shares ("the Proposal") by the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.  

The relevant documents in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Purchase of Own Shares by the Company and the 2025 Annual Report setting out the details of the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
