Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 February 2025, 9 April 2025, 8 September 2025, 10 September 2025, 26 September 2025 and 6 October 2025 in relation to the Transfer.

On behalf of the Board, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) ("MBSB IB") is pleased to announce that the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of Critical Holdings has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 9 October 2025, marking the completion of the Transfer.

Accordingly, upon the Transfer, MBSB IB shall cease as the sponsor of the Company with effect from 9 October 2025.
