MERIDIAN - RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-01102025-00002, kindly be advised that the above Company had, on 8 October 2025, submitted its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports in respect of the financial period ended 31 May 2025 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for public release pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

In view of the above, kindly be advised that trading in the Company’s securities will be uplifted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 9 October 2025.
