Reference is made to the announcements on 26 April 2024, 25 June 2024, 21 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 27 February 2025, 03 March 2025, 12 March 2025, 17 March 2025, 26 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 9 June 2025, 25 July 2025, 7 August 2025, 11 August 2025, 18 September 2025, 30 September 2025 and 1 October 2025 made by the Company in respect of the application to the Kuala Lumpur High Court under Sections 366 and 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”) to sanction a new Proposed Scheme of Arrangement with its creditors and for a Restraining Order pursuant to Section 368(1) of the CA 2016, filed by the Company and KNM Process Systems Sdn. Bhd. 

On 30 September 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) announced that the Scheme Companies have filed for sanction of the scheme of arrangement pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016, as approved by the requisite majority of scheme creditors present and voting at the Court Convened Meeting held on 11 August 2025 (“Sanction Application”) on 26 September 2025.  The Court has fixed the hearing of the Applicants’ Sanction Application is on 24 October 2025. 

The Company will make additional announcements when there are further developments in relation to the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement and/or other matters contemplated by this Announcement.
