Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Mega Fortris wishes to announce that Mega Fortris ME FZCO (“MFME”), a subsidiary of the Company, has in the ordinary course of business entered into a recurrent related party transaction of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) with OEM SERV Hong Kong Limited (“OEM SERV”). OEM SERV is a company related to Horst Dieter Belle, a major shareholder of MFME, who is also the sole shareholder and director of OEM SERV. The aggregate value of the RRPT amounts to RM 1 million or more, or exceed 1% of the relevant percentage ratio, whichever is higher, for the period from 11 November 2024 up to 26 September 2025, being the latest practicable date.
