Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 issued by Powertechnic Group Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 6 October 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2025.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
