Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), we wish to announce that I-City Marketing Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has not provided any loans or advances in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender during the quarter ended 30 September 2025. 

The details of the provision of financial assistance as at 30 September 2025 pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
