Encik Zakrysham bin Zainal Bahry carries with him the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) qualification and is a Chartered Accountants of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, bringing with him more than 30 years of corporate working experience across diverse industries including Construction, Logistics, Banking and Insurance, and Manufacturing.

With over three decades of experience as a business controller, he has gained extensive exposure spanning audit and assurance, financial management, corporate finance, corporate strategy and planning, business development, and talent development. He has also played key roles in major corporate exercises including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring.

He has held several senior management positions including Head of Finance at Maybank Securities, Senior Manager an Insurance Company, Head of Internal Audit at Renong Group, Financial Controller at Gapima Logistics, General Manager of UEM Leadership Centre (UEM Learning Centre), and Head of Group Talent Management at UEM Group.

At Central Cables Berhad (CCB), Encik Zakrysham has been leading operations since 2015. Under his stewardship over the last decade, the company not only stabilized but also maximized its production potential, ensuring operational efficiency and long-term resilience. He also established robust and systematic talent management processes, embedding resilience and sustainability into the company's workforce and operations.

He was appointed as the Executive Director of KUB Malaysia Berhad on 1 April 2024.
