Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 October 2025 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 1 October 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "MPIRE GLOBAL BERHAD" to "GREENTRONICS TECHNOLOGY BERHAD" with effect from 1 October 2025.
