Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 28 August 2025 and 2 September 2025. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcements.
The Company is working on the regularisation plan to address the Company’s financial condition.
The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.
The Company has approximately eight (8) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
