In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board (save for the interested directors) wishes to announce that UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer to the non-interested directors of VLB and the holders of the Offer Shares.
