Reference is made to our announcements 25 August 2025 in relation to the offering of 100,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX (“Existing Issue”).

KIBB are pleased to announce the proposed further issue of up to 100,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX (“Proposed Further Issue”).

The purpose of the Proposed Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Proposed Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Proposed Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of ZETRIX-C9R is 10 October 2025.

The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
